Guess what! We have return depots located in the UK, and USA, making it easy to return your items. The best part? Return addresses will be included with your order.
At Tullsa London we’re happy to accept returns or exchange on any items that is unworn and still fitted in their original packaging with all security tags and labels . This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Tullsa London when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Luckily, our return instructions on the returns or exchange sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns or exchange back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Mislaid your returns or exchange sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.
When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Returns for refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item and payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process upon receiving the item, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Tullsa London when sent back. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
